• before 11AM EST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.
• after 11AM EST Monday through Thursday will normally be processed and shipped the following business day.
• after 11AM EST Friday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.
• on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.
• Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipment tracking numbers will be provided to you via email after your order is processed or shipped.
• Shipping costs may vary depending on item weight and shipping destination.
• Dempsey’s Jewelers observes all U.S. federal holidays.

Domestic Orders

• Dempsey’s Jewelers free shipping applies to all states except Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. Territories.
• Dempsey’s Jewelers free shipping service is UPS SurePost. UPS SurePost provides the combined reliable convenience of UPS and USPS delivery. Your package is shipped via UPS to your local post office for final delivery by the USPS.
